By accessing or using CakeDino, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use CakeDino only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Use the platform to store or transmit harmful or malicious code

However:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data
• We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access

While CakeDino may implement offline-first and syncing mechanisms, including local storage or IndexedDB-based systems, data consistency is not guaranteed at all times.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but:

• CakeDino is provided “as is” and “as available”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Features may change, be modified, or discontinued at any time without notice

7. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CakeDino is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will meet your requirements
• The service will be error-free or secure
• Results, including financial tracking or reports, will be accurate

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CakeDino and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Incorrect financial tracking or reporting

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

CakeDino may integrate with or rely on third-party services.

We are not responsible for:

• Availability or performance of third-party services
• Data handled outside our system

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses risk to the platform or other users
